Because our gatherings fill to capacity we request that you notify us in advance if you have registered for spaces that you will not be using. We are aware that some groups register for extra spots "just in case", but those spaces are desperately needed. We usually have an extensive waiting list of up to 500 people for each gathering and want to accommodate as many of those people as possible. We ask that you notify us no later than 2 weeks before the conference date of any cancellations. Every "no show" registrant prevents one on the waiting list from being able to join us who may have desperately needed to come. We want as many lives to be changed as possible, so please be considerate and help us in this matter.
